Key Reasons

When we started out, we chose not to use the models of past hearing instrument providers. We’ve challenged the conventional formula of how to offer great service. Ultimately, our goal is to meet the unique needs of each client we work with.  We hope the following list of Key Reasons helps to show how committed we are to focusing on you, our client.

  1. World Class / Best-In-Class Instruments – Your Hearing Now offers the latest and most advanced hearing instruments in the world.  Over many years, we have found our world-class, state-of-the-art, and medical grade products to have the highest reliability and lowest repair rates.  Our goal is to provide you with the best hearing technology available so you can rediscover your hearing and reconnect with the important things in your life. The newest hearing devices with their sleek lines, intelligent performance and wireless connectivity look like no hearing instruments you’ve seen.  Gone forever are the big, bulky, and beige aids of the past. The newest instruments designed by world renowned instrument manufactures are meeting the demands of a new generation of users.
  2. Service – We offer both in office service and an at-home concierge service. While some prefer in-office visits, others prefer the privacy and convenience of their home. Your Hearing Now accommodates both. We also have offices in both Charlotte and Sarasota counties to serve a broader spectrum of patients. For those located outside of those counties, an in-home visit might be most convenient.
  3. Hours – In addition to our standard hours at each office location, we are happy to see patients after-hours and even on weekends - by appointment.
  4. Availability – Our patients are our first priority. Your Hearing Now utilizes a state-of-the-art phone solution that delivers calls and voicemails regardless of where the Your Hearing Now key contacts are. In addition, all voicemail messages are transcribed and simultaneously delivered by email, text, and a digital audio file. We take and return calls after hours and on weekends.
  5. Value – Get a luxury car for the price of a coupe. Our prices use Internet web sites such as Hearing Planet as a baseline for pricing. Often, our instruments are less expensively priced than the internet and significantly less than retail storefront locations.
  6. Medically Supervised Environment – Your Hearing Now co-locates with medical offices as a convenience to patients who might like to consult with a physician regarding their hearing test or may need a procedure like a lavage prior to testing. Our physicians often consult with patients on the benefits of various hearing loss treatments.
  7. Education – Our patients often take the time to tell us how much they appreciate the time we take to educate and counsel on hearing loss. We don’t lose sight of the fact that most patients would like a thorogh explanation of their test results. We make a point of taking the time to review each test, the results, and help our patients become knowledgeable about their loss. For those not medically or psychologically ready for hearing instruments as a treatment of loss, counsel and relationship are critical.
  8. Truly Free Trial – Take a test drive of the best technology available today. When we say a free trial, we mean free. This means no deposit, no credit card, and no obligation. Our free trial means no strings attached.
  9. Focused on Experience – At the end of the day, it's our patients who decide if we have been successful in developing a significant difference in their lives. Our combined knowledge and experience allows us to provide the solutions necessary to treat our patients’ needs and exceed their expectations. We strive to do this consistently and repeatedly.
  10. Community – Your Hearing Now gives back to the community. We donate to the Lions Club, Goodwill, Saint Francis Animal Rescue, American Red Cross, and other local organizations. Volunteer groups and non-profit organizations do so much to help the communities that all of us are a part of, but they can't do it alone. As successful members of the community, we have a responsibility to help those that are less fortunate and contribute to the common good.
